This Privacy Policy explains how proflowsoft ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website and our services.
We only collect personal data that you actively provide, for example when you use our contact form or email us. This may include:
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, provide requested services and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal data.
Where applicable law requires it, we process your data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to your request, and where relevant the performance of a contract with you.
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for the site to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice). These do not require consent.
Subject to your consent, we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your (truncated) IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and approximate location.
We use Google Consent Mode: analytics and advertising storage are set to denied by default, and the Google tag does not store analytics cookies or collect analytics data until you actively select "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you select "Decline", no analytics data is collected. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser (a value named pfs_consent) so that we remember your preference and do not ask you again on every visit.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and to comply with legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
We may share data with trusted service providers (such as our email or hosting provider, and, where you have consented, Google as our analytics provider) that act on our behalf and only to the extent necessary. Such providers are bound by appropriate data protection obligations. Google may process analytics data on servers located outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards; for details see Google's own privacy policy.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. The client portal is restricted to authorized customers.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@proflowsoft.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its revision date.
